Mayo Ireland, Ballycastle Seastack
Co. Mayo Ireland
Mayo was one of the many trips I made recently out and about with my camera.I just came back to Kerry from almost 3 weeks of divine sunshine in Co. Sligo and Co. Mayo Ireland.
It was truly a great experience seeing this country in all it’s glory during some of the best weather we’ve had in years!I was fortunate to be on holidays at the time.My family are from this part of Ireland.Co. Mayo and Co. Sligo are great places to relax and unwind. There is loads to do and see.All members of the family are catered for so when a burst of sunshine comes it makes the world on this part of Ireland very special.
There is plenty of fine food establishments catering for all budgets from Westport to Ballina and up beyond Enniscrone to Sligo Town and Mullaghmore.Check out the Good Food Ireland website for the best places to grub up .Have a look at Discover Ireland website for a range of activities and accomodation options from Budget hostels ,Bed and Breakfasts all the way up to Country Houses and Top class hotels.
Ballycastle is a lovely village about 26 km north west of Ballina .
Ballycastle Seastack is a Gem on the Atlantic Coastline of Ireland. Its not too often the oppurtunity arises to see it from sea level.
